OUR MISSION
The Order of the Eastern Star (OES) is an organization where women and men with high moral character, who have a desire to work for the betterment of others, and a drive to make the world a better place can contribute their time, energy and wisdom.

The mission of Olive Branch Chapter #145 is to provide an organization where spiritual women and men with high moral and social character can contribute time, energy and wisdom towards charity, truth and loving kindness.

OUR PRINCIPLES
The OES was designed to serve among women the same purpose as that of Freemasonry among men, and to provide Masons with the cooperation of women kindred without accepting them into the Lodge.
Our principles are personified by five stories of women taken from the Holy Bible (Adah, Ruth, Esther, Martha and Electa). Our principles are centered on fidelity, obedience, loyalty, truth, and heroic endurance. These principles are five in number, representing the five degrees.
OUR VALUES
Some of the most significant values of the OES are that of education, community service, and charitable work. It is important for members of the OES contribute to improving the quality of life for those less fortunate, hungry or needing support and assistance.

We value our leaders, our history and our future. The one sacred truth we hold dear to our hearts is that sisterhood matters and maintaining an authentic bond with one another is important.
